Approved Consignee (ZE)

As one of the first Liechtenstein transport companies, SLT Speditions Est. has been granted the Customs status of Approved Consignee (ZE) and Approved Consignor (ZV) by the Swiss Customs authorities.

With this innovative Customs clearance procedure, we are able to minimize your down-times, optimize your transport operations and thus cut costs.

The advantage for you and your company with this Swiss import clearance (ZE) is quite clear. The everyday chaos at the frontiers and especially at the Schaanwald/Tisis frontier point through tailbacks or slow Customs clearance is nothing new. As an Approved Consignee (ZE), however, we are now in a position to cross this "hurdle" at the frontier for imports into Switzerland very quickly and without the nuisance of an interruption.

Your driver can cross the frontier with a transit document without having to wait. While your vehicle is en route to our ZE/domicile in Vaduz, our Customs clearance team will notify the Customs of the shipments by the ZE procedure using the Customs EDEC System. When your driver arrives in Vaduz, the shipments have already been cleared and they can be processed further. This means that tedious and costly waiting finally belongs to the past.

Approved Consignor (ZV)

We can also offer additional advantages for Swiss export shipments. The restricted opening times at the frontier points have often led to unforeseen, annoying and costly delays. As an Approved Consignor (ZV), we can help you here, too. Simply notify/advise your vehicle details to one of our staff in Vaduz or Schaanwald and we will then prepare a transit document (T1 or T2) which your driver then only needs to collect from us. Your driver can then cross the frontier (frontier point Au/Lustenau) despite the Customs office is closed even up to 10.00 p.m. if it cannot be avoided or if you have a vehicle of less than 3.5 t even later.

Transshipment

To avoid the costly Swiss road tax (LSVA), transshipment of your goods in Vaduz with subsequent forwarding by Liechtenstein freight companies is possible.
