Around the turn of the century the great uncle of the present Chairman of SLT Liechtenstein, Bryan Jeeves, purchased the removals, transport and warehousing company Foster Biggs & Sons, which was founded in 1875. The chairman's father Arthur Jeeves was with Foster Biggs from 1934 until 1978.
During 1984 the Jeeves Group formed SLT Speditions Anstalt, Liechtenstein and also embodied the SLT Speditions GmbH Bremen, Germany.
